1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Apiary Docket, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

Apiary Docket is a beekeeping management platform. You may use the service for personal, hobbyist, or commercial beekeeping purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the beekeeping data you enter into Apiary Docket. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your data as necessary to provide the service. We will never sell your data to third parties.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of annual plans. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Apiary Docket is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Beekeeping decisions remain entirely your own responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apiary Docket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
